The festival featured screening of selected movies that marked the development of digital cinema from 2002.

Only few people can think of producing a movie in the Film Era. Now, digital technology has democratised cinema. But some says it has made many directors irresponsible. They just shoot a scene in so many shots and angles and dumb them on the editor's table. Is it true?.

Editor.S.Richard who is the chief guest of Digital Movie Festival answered this and many more questions as the students were demanding and exploring.

The movie of the day featured screening of BARAKA - the first 8k resolution movie(Docu) and SPIDERMAN - 2 which was the first 4k resolution movie.
